How It Works

1. Direct Farm Selection
Every order is coordinated directly with family-owned farms in Cayambe, Ecuador. You select from our available varieties, and we schedule harvest to meet your timeline.

2. Harvest to Airport
Roses are cut at optimal bloom stage, immediately hydrated, and packed in temperature-controlled conditions. From cutting to cargo, timing is precision-managed to ensure peak freshness.

3. Air Freight to Norway
Direct routing from Quito to Oslo via temperature-controlled air cargo. Standard transit: 7-10 days from harvest.

4. Import & Customs
Handled by our registered Norwegian importer based in Oslo. All phytosanitary documentation and EU compliance requirements are managed locally.

5. Collection
Pick-up at Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) cargo facility. You receive 48-hour advance notice with specific collection details and all documentation.

Pre-Order Basis
We operate on scheduled pre-orders to eliminate waste and guarantee absolute freshness. This means every rose you receive was harvested specifically for your order.

Quality Commitment
Each shipment undergoes farm-level quality control before export. We provide clear grading, stem specifications, and variety consistency.

Transparent Logistics
You receive tracking information at each stage: harvest confirmation, flight details, customs clearance, and ready-for-collection notification.

Option 1: Full-Service Logistics (Recommended) We manage end-to-end coordination from farm to Oslo. You simply collect your order at Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) cargo terminal.

Option 2: Buyer-Managed Freight For buyers with established freight forwarders or preferred carriers. We prepare and deliver to Quito Airport (UIO) — you handle the rest.

  • Delivery to Quito Airport (UIO) cargo facility
  • Coordination with your freight forwarder

Oslo customs clearance and final delivery
